Requirement for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join a successful, Redditch-based Manufacturer. This role will commence training on standard days before moving to the rotating shift pattern.
As a Manufacturing Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence.
- Working to instructions and specifications within a busy manufacturing environment
- Grinding/Polishing/Linishing materials
- Press operating
The successful applicant will have experience within a manufacturing environment, be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks and possess manual skills (Grinding/Linishing/Polishing material etc.)
