The Successful Regional Plant Controller will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role , and be well-versed in delivering high-class service using product knowledge and expertise to fulfil programme demands whilst balancing cost-efficiency.
- Oversee regional workload, and have the ability to multi-task department needs, plan and prioritise and shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Possess a hands-on approach, an ability to meet changing deadlines and the drive to work within a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
- Have a methodical approach, strong administration skills, and good attention to detail.
Regional Plant Controllers Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and overseeing all aspects of plant requirements for the set region, working closely with Site Managers and Contracts Managers to ensure effective productivity.
- Coordinating and preparing weekly gas oil and diesel for plant and machinery across regional sites.
- Working with diesel suppliers to achieve favourable rates and ensuring the best possible service level is achieved to meet business requirements.
- Coordinating, overseeing and preparing all miscellaneous items for regional sites.
- Coordinating and overseeing all site mixer requirements.
- General administrative duties to support the Plant department and other Head Office departments.
