My client is in need of a product manager due to expansion.
My clientis in the medical device sector that designs andmanufacturesseveral implantable orthopaedicdevices.
The product manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. This will involve conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences, defining the product scope and features, analysing the competition, supporting design control, and ensuring that the product meets regulatory and market requirements.
The product manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and medical professionals to ensure that the product meets the needs of end-users and is delivered on time and within budget.
The product manager will also work with the commercial teams and distribution partners to develop effective go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption, revenue and business growth.
Requirements
The product manager will requirea unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of 2-year experience within a product management role, preferably within the medical device/technology sector.
In addition, the product manager must be:
- An excellent communicator withorganizationaland leadership skills
- Able to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Comfortablepresentingcomplextechnical information to non-technical audiences
- A data-driven decisionmaker
- Able to manage riskand adapt to changing market conditions
- A team player
- Versatile and a self-starter able to work without supervision.
The salary for the role is paying 50k per annum with loads of benefits.
