Key Responsibilities
Office Support
- Support the office team during hours (08:00-08:30), setting a welcoming and professional tone for colleagues and visitors alike.
Diary Management
- Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Plan strategically to ensure optimal use of time, balancing short and long-term priorities.
- Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary.
Hospitality
- Create a welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring their needs are met.
- Organise refreshments for meetings and visitors, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of professionalism.
Correspondence
- Manage emails, calls, and letters, handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Draft, proofread, and coordinate responses to ensure prompt and accurate communication.
- Organise out-of-office messaging and answerphone updates.
Meetings & Events
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, minute-taking, and document preparation.
- Organise and support various internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Act as lead administrator for key events, managing all logistical and administrative elements.
