Salary: Up to 50,000 + Van + Fuel Card

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering Watford and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas systems across a variety of commercial properties, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas boilers, heating systems, and appliances.
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime for clients.
- Conduct gas safety inspections, testing, and certification in line with industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service across various commercial sites, including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and gas industry standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1).
- Experience working in the commercial facilities maintenance sector.
- Strong knowledge of gas compliance and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Full UK driving licence.
