For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering:

  • Salary £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
  • Monday to Thursday 0830 – 1700, Friday 0830 - 1600
  • Permanent

The role - Customer Service Administrator:

  • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling the order book for scheduled engineer service visits
  • Contacting engineers and customers with information regarding the bookings for services on machinery
  • Managing problems and queries from customers with regard to the service process for installed and site based machinery
  • Processing orders onto SAGE200 where necessary
  • Assist purchasing with spare part stock lists and orders to suppliers
  • Continuously develop the service function for the customers and service engineers
  • Overview work in progress reports and communicate with customers about their repairs and replacement parts

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Previous experience working in a service advisor role, aftersales service, scheduling or works coordinator position – ESSENTIAL
  • Confident and Organised over the phone – ESSENTIAL
  • Sage200 CRM system experience – DESIREABLE
  • Any mechanical / technical flair in previous administration or customer service role – DESIREABLE
  • Administration experience – ESSENTIAL
