Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a gas company based in Deeside. This is a contracted role for 4 months, candidates who apply must be able to start ASAP.

Attend to customers and liaising with colleagues
Answering the phone, taking customer orders, handling customer queries
General admin work, letters, spreadsheets, data entry, filing
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Previous phone-based customer service experience
Previous administration experience
Computer literate with good IT skills
