We are currently working with a fantastic client, looking for agents to support their customers with a wide range of different enquiries via webchat.
This is a fixed term contract until the end of April 2025
Pay Rate - 12.31 per hour
Role is on site at the office in Watford
Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills. It is a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to respond to up to 3 live chats whilst navigating multiple computer systems at once.
Excellent spelling, grammar and typing speed are needed, however you don't need to have experience in this type of environment, just have a strong desire to provide a consistent outstanding service whilst dealing with customers.
Full training will be provided.
37.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis between the hours of 8 am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
