- Managing sales orders and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Investigating customer queries and complaints, working closely with internal departments to provide effective solutions.
- Supporting Technical Sales Managers (TSMs) with technical and commercial inquiries.
- Using data to support forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Taking the lead in coordinating repairs and maintaining data accuracy in our ERP and CRM systems.
