Senior JavaScript Engineer - Vue 2 / Vue 3 - Watford
Avanti Recruitment is currently partnering with a successful IT Software company based in Watford. We have a huge opportunity for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join their vibrant culture in Watford and lead the front end engineering using Vue 2, Vuex, JavaScript, Nuxt.js, GraphQL and Tailwind CSS. Experience in an Azure DevOps environment would be beneficial.
Once you have got to grips with the software and the internal CRM which boasts 100 million in revenue per year with around 300 users, you can partner with the Engineering Manager to migrate the front end code base to Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia and get involved with other external projects in vue.js and React.js.

Person spec;
- Experience as a Senior Front End Developer
- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Detailed experience developing complex web applications using Vue.js, Vuex
- Experience with Nuxt.js or similar
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar
Additional information;
The salary range is 60k to 80k for a Senior Front End Engineer. This is an onsite role for the first 3 - 4 months, moving to a hybrid model over time.
The benefits here are very good, with an additional 10 days holiday per year on top of the standard package. (20 days raising to 25). This means you will start with 30 days annual leave per annum, plus your birthday off.
There is an onsite restaurant with a chef, that serves breakfast and lunch, plus a fully stocked bar.
