This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact, offering full autonomy to shape the culinary direction and introduce trendy, flavourful dishes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and introduce new, trendy dishes that align with the latest culinary trends.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.
  • Oversee the kitchen's financial budget, including cost control and kitchen expenses.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACAP.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at a senior level, ideally as a Sous Chef or higher.
  • Demonstrated creativity and a passion for developing new and exciting dishes.
  • Excellent organisational and stock control skills.
  • Competence with HACAP and other food safety management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a team.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
