We are a leading Recruitment Agency seeking experienced and flexible Agency Chefs to work in various hotels and restaurants across Belfast.
Job Summary:
As an Agency Chef you will have the opportunity to work in different kitchens, with various menus and teams. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet the standards of our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to the required standard
- Follow kitchen procedures and protocols
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our clients
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as a senior level chef
- 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Food safety certificate
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum of level 2 in professional cookery
