Location: Colliton Barton, Honiton (Must live within commutable distance- 30 minutes) - Office basedRole Type: PermanentWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am - 5:00 pm | Friday: 8:15 am - 4:00 pmSalary: Up to £32k per annum (depending on experience)

Office Administrator Overview:Are you a highly organised and proactive individual looking for a dynamic role in a thriving business? We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to become the backbone of our client's operations at Colliton Barton. This role is key in ensuring smooth office management, coordinating technicians to respond to breakdowns, and acting as the primary point of contact for customers. If you have a knack for multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping everything running like clockwork, we want to hear from you!

Office Administrator Responsibilities
  • Providing essential administrative support to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Handling account-related tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Managing customer invoicing for technical work and sales, ensuring accuracy through timesheet and job ticket cross-referencing.
  • Processing invoices using Sage and resolving any missing data for precise billing.
  • Coordinating breakdown calls, liaising with customers, and keeping technicians informed.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting smarter ways of working to improve processes.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required.
Office Administrator Experience, Qualifications and Attributes
  • Experience in data entry and office administration.
  • Preferred school-level qualifications in accounting and IT.
  • Sage experience (preferred but not essential - training can be provided!).
  • Fast and efficient data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • A background in agriculture is a plus, but not essential.

This role is 100% office-based in Colliton Barton, Honiton, so you must be able to commute daily.
