Join our client's team as a Senior Front End Software Engineer and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software applications. Day-to-day of the role:
- Design and develop high-quality front-end software solutions using React, Next.js, Chakra UI, and other modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure robustness, performance, and security of the applications.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Provide insights and input on software design, architecture, and user experience.
- Lead and mentor junior developers in the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge in React and Next.js, with solid experience in modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and component libraries like Chakra UI.
- Strong fundamental understanding of SEO optimisation for web applications and lead-generation websites.
- Good knowledge of back-end technologies, particularly C# and .NET.
- Comfortable integrating front-end and back-end services, with a deep understanding of APIs.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, and Cucumber.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerisation (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and curious problem-solver dedicated to simplifying solutions while focusing on reliability and performance.
