Manage invoices on a monthly basis.
Manage the purchase ledger for different clients.
Responsible for using their document management system, e-approval platform and Xero.
Manage credit notes.
Statement reconciliations.
Manage the clubs company credit cards.
Lots of liaison with suppliers and our Finance Managers.
