Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager with a strong background in electronics manufacturing, particularly in the defence, aerospace, and automotive sectors.
The role involves servicing key accounts and managing customer requirements throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Candidates should have extensive experience in a customer service environment within electronics manufacturing or a similar field.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per year, along with 23 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays and additional benefits.
Applicants must also possess excellent communication skills and a valid UK driver's license for travel.

Responsibility for maintaining the forecast of designated accounts and monitoring risks to output
Assisting external sales in setting sales forecasts and striving to meet financial targets
Participating in the identification of business improvement opportunities and their subsequent implementation
Supporting quoting, aged debt and inventory management
Conducting presentations and managing meetings where necessary
Providing regular reports and presenting Key account information to senior management

Key Skills

Extensive experience in a customer service environment within electronics manufacturing, or similar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to successfully liaise with employees across different levels of the Company internally and externally
UK travel – must hold UK drivers license
