  • Shift Patterns: Sunday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 or Tuesday - Saturday 08:00 - 16:30

My client is seeking confident and dedicated Customer Service Assistants to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer queries and will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Take telephone calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Use various systems to endeavour to answer customer queries immediately.
  • Assign queries which cannot be answered immediately to designated “responder groups” and expedite a response.
  • Escalate delays or urgent issues to senior management teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and become the expert on the designated customer.
  • Proactively contact customers regularly to ensure there are no issues and seek feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services, this could be from a Retail or Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
