Data Administrator (12 Month FTC)

Location: Hook

Salary £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

My client who are based in Hook are seeking a Data Administrator to join their team. the purpose of the role Supporting the Planning team, your key focus is the approval of Sales orders and the raising of associated Works Orders; ensuring the system is up to date. For this role you will need strong administration skills and previous experience using Excel.

Daily Duties

Raising works orders in alignment with sales orders

Liaise with Procurement to ensure works orders are up to date and aligned with Purchase orders

Review list of sales orders to be approved

Approve the required sales orders and feedback to the sales team in a timely manner.

Excellent verbal, written communication skills

Excellent EXCEL skills,

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent time management

Behavioural Skills

Ability to work well under pressure.
