Job title: Test and Commissioning Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven management skills with a focus on performance optimisation and team development.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
- A strong change agent who can lead and drive process improvements.
- Skilled in conflict management and business negotiation.
