Main duties:
- Assisting Customer Service Manager with administrative tasks.
- Dealing with complaints.
- Answering office calls.
- Data entry.
- Tidying up CRM system.
Knowledge and skills:
- Self-motivated
- Confident with the ability to communicate
- Organised and ability to prioritise
- IT skills
- Personal Assistant/Complaint handling experience
