As a Personal Assistant to the Executive Head Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing confidential assistance and administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of their office. You will have the opportunity to undertake a wide range of duties, including diary management, marketing support, compliance tasks, communications handling, IT support, administration, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain diaries for the Executive Head Teacher and the entire school, organising activities and prioritising meetings and events.
  • Produce engaging content for the school's website and social media platforms to enhance their profile.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage and update the school website regularly, ensuring compliance.
  • Handle telephone calls, inquiries, and requests, providing appropriate assistance.
  • Support the efficiency of communication systems across the school.
  • Provide IT support for technical issues and requirements within the school.
  • Maintain and manage confidential documentation.
  • Take minutes at meetings and provide administration support to the school offices as needed.
  • Be flexible in your approach and provide support across all school sites when required.
