My client is a specialist company in crane hire, transport, and recovery services, as well as other industrial services. My client supplies efficient and reliable solutions across multiple sectors. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join my client in Winchfield, Hook. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain industry knowledge, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop a career. You will assist in managing logistics operations and supporting drivers with daily challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via email and telephone, providing excellent service and support.

• Collaborating with the team to upload and manage jobs.

• Gaining a deep understanding of industry practices and logistics processes.

• Learning about vehicle and trailer maintenance requirements.

• Assisting drivers with any operational challenges that arise during the day.

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential).
