Procurement Service Operations Manager Profectus has a brand new opportunity for an experienced Procurement Service Operations Manager to lead the procurement of external service contracts and parts for a growing healthcare technology business. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in developing long-term supplier strategies, ensuring value for money, and driving operational excellence within a £8m category budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement of biomedical and endoscopy equipment service contracts and parts.
  • Develop strategies to balance cost efficiency with operational resilience and sustainability.
  • Deliver quarterly spend, profitability, and savings reports.
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support bids, pricing exercises, and strategic projects.
  • Lead a team of six, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure on-time contract renewals and positive stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and procurement strategy development.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
