The Role and School

This committed SEND School based in the Rotherham educates young people with SEND from ages 3 to 16 with severe and complex needs. As a SEND Teaching Assistant within this school you will be required to a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, passionate and resilient Teaching Assistant with great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the Team Teacher alongside support the children throughout their day with various activities.  You will have experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs. You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that have a child-centred approach in all they do.

Requirements

The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have;

-               Experience of working with behaviours that challenge.

-               Experience of working with pupils with SEND.

-               A passion for the progress pupils with SEND.

-               An ability to work as part of a team.
