Hours - Monday to Friday Full Time

An exciting position has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join their team. This role plays a key part in developing the company’s future pipeline by engaging with key influencers, including architects, and securing appointments.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Business Development Executive

Make outbound calls to architects to introduce new and existing products.

Book CPD (Continuing Professional Development) presentations and appointments for external representatives.

Work closely with the marketing team to reach new architectural practices.

Report back to the line manager on key wins, successes, and engagement metrics.

Follow up on web leads and sample requests, ensuring a high level of service and booking appointments.

Maintain and update the CRM database for accuracy and efficiency.

Knowledge and experience:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

Persistent, results-oriented, and confident in handling objections.

Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience working with CRM systems.

Self-disciplined with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience in a KPI-driven role.

A strong team player with an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
