An exciting opportunity has arisen in a growing business for an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success in a highly competitive market.

Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers. Increase sales opportunities through upselling other product ranges. Engage with lost accounts to try and regain their business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively demonstrate their value to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of products/services to clients. Communicate progress and present performance updates to management and directors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively.
  • Customer-centric approach, with a genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
