I am currently working in partnership with a long-established provider of soft FM services to appoint an experienced Regional Manager.
General overview of the role
This Regional Manager role is a senior post within the company and will involve overseeing multi-service contracts (several larger clients and a number of smaller ones) across a large geographical area in the south of England in areas such as Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent etc. The role holder is also responsible for the management of the Contracts Managers in the region (up to 8 in total). This is not an office-based or delegating from an office type role.
