This property is expanding quickly, so there is room for progression for a passionate experienced chef. The Head chef likes to only use local produce with all fresh ingredients, creating seasonal menus. They also like to focus on local seafood freshly caught from the local fishing town.

What's involved?

A successful Sous Chef will work alongside an incredibly talented Head Chef. This position requires a skilled and competent Chef who has worked in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette environment.

The team is small and relies on each team member to work where required, but offers a reliable support system. Your input will be invaluable, and you will be able to put ideas forward when developing new dishes. You will be expected to manage the team, rotas, stock takes, 1-2-1's, and training.

If you are an experienced Chef looking to take on something new and exciting look no further. This is a rare and unique opportunity to help lead a team at this unique venue. Please note you must have 3 rosette experience and a Hotel background to be considered for this role. Accommodation is not available therefore you must be able to commute to the hotel daily.
