- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email.
- Process and document customer enquiries from initial contact through to design, quotation, production, and delivery stages.
- Prepare accurate job quotes and follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders, processing these onto the CRM.
- Manage production schedules in line with customer orders, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including technical designs for future reference.
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong IT skills is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary between £23,000 - £26,000pa, based on experience.
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.
