As a Ward Manager, you will:

Handle complaints and patient feedback in line with company policy.
Ensure effective stock management and financial compliance.
Conduct audits and implement action plans.
Work with the Business Development Team to attract consultants and develop the service.
Maintain close relationships with external organisations to standardise and share best practices.
Embed Clinical Governance and risk management in daily practice.
