As a leading provider of supported living and outreach support for individuals with Mental Health needs, our client is dedicated to fostering independence through personalized care and support.

Position: Registered Manager

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000

Hours: 40-hour working week

Location: Smallfield (Driver with own transport essential)

�? Planning, coordinating, and implementing person-centered care plans and risk assessments.

�? Providing essential physical care, from personal hygiene to managing health appointments.

�? Leading staff training initiatives to uphold physical health knowledge and skills.

�? Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff, professionals, and agencies.

�? Accurate record-keeping in accordance with our policies.

�? Leading the development, maintenance, and monitoring of service standards.

**Ideal Candidate:**

If you are a dedicated RMN/Level 5 qualified professional with a minimum of 5 years of Registered Manager experience, this role is perfect for you.
