Reed HR have partnered with a dynamic organisation in Crawley who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, this position offers the opportunity to engage in a wide range of HR functions, supporting the organisation’s growth and ensuring the well-being of their employees.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide HR support across various departments, addressing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct training sessions and development workshops for staff.
  • Handle performance management processes, including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and strategies to promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential.
