First Call Talent Solutions have an exciting new opportunity to join a well established car dealership as a Corporate Business Development Manager in Gatwick.

Job Summary:

Job Duties:

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to the site profitability
  • Promote the company culture of quality and excellence
  • Approach customers in a helpful, friendly manner to create a positive impression.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Building a rapport with corporate customers to understand their requirements in full, ensuring that all communication is professional and within a timely fashion
  • Design and deliver tailored presentations aimed at the specific customers, covering key points raised during discussions such as model specification, competitor's comparisons, tax implications and cost of ownership.
  • Design and implement a Customer contact and prospecting plan to increase sales opportunities for new and repeat business
  • Report and take appropriate action based on activity on a regular basis
  • Offering integrated sales and aftersales solutions for local business customers, maximising the business potential within their area of influence and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
  • Arrange demonstrator test drives to fit with your customer's requirements.
  • Offer up-to-date advice to business users on funding methods.
  • Ensure vehicle handover take place to the customer complete satisfaction
  • Ensure all paperwork; vehicle and supplementary invoices, finance statements, disclaimers, legal notices, licensing paperwork and any other communications to customer are clear, unambiguous and easily understandable by all parties.
  • Adopt a flexible approach, enthusiastic and driven approach to achieving the financial goals of the business
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of housekeeping and attention to health and safety issues as to create a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company.

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to fully and accurately qualify customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer legislation, regulations and trade practices as well as vehicle legislation as it affects the industry.
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • An ability to think quickly during a negotiation process.
  • High achieving, highly motivated team player with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
  • Ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activity to secure new business

Education and Qualification:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Computer literate in Microsoft packages
  • Kerridge experience (preferred)
