Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage and Inspire: Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that captivate and motivate students.
- Innovate: Develop creative schemes of work and lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives.
- Assess and Support: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements.
- Maintain Harmony: Uphold discipline with a positive approach, ensuring a respectful and productive learning environment.
- Set Clear Goals: Communicate learning objectives clearly to guide students towards success.
- Observe and Reflect: Regularly evaluate student performance to tailor your teaching strategies.

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent certification.
- Versatile Experience: Proven experience teaching across a range of ages, ideally from 4 to 19 years old.
- Curriculum Expertise: Strong knowledge of the curriculum and best educational practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
