Teaching Assistant required to support a KS2 student 1-1 with Learning Difficulties at a school in the Hornchurch area.
Are you somebody that has experience/ knowledge working with various special educational needs ?
Starting: April after the Easter break.
Monday - Friday (Term time only) - with the possibility of a shorter working day on a Friday
Teaching Assistant Role:
- Empathy and patience: Understanding the students needs and providing support with patience.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm: Creating a positive learning environment for all the student.
- Ability to collaborate: Working effectively with the classroom teacher to implement lesson plans for the student.
- Organizational skills: Managing tasks and materials efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Adjusting to changing situations and the student's need.
- L2/L3 Teaching Assistant, Care, SEND or Psychology qualification.
