Due to a period of expansion, our client is looking to employ an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting business that have a clear vision and goal towards what they want to achieve.

It is of paramount importance that the incoming Site Manager takes pride in their work and want to deliver a very high standard of finished product.

They undertake bespoke residential refurbishments and extensions up to 1m for private clients across Essex and Hertfordshire.

The successful Site Manager will have a proven track record of project delivery from inception through to completion.

As Site Manager, you will be autonomous in running the site which comes with great responsibility to ensure the site runs to programmes in a safe manner.

The successful candidate will be reporting to a Contracts Manager.
