Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a reputable accountancy practice, located in the heart of Horsham, who are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant team. This role offers full study support for ACA on the apprenticeship scheme.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be an integral part of our accounting team, responsible for supporting various accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working within an accountancy practice is essential.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT) or progress towards them is advantageous.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
