Service Administrator

Full time | Monday - Thursday 8:30-5pm and Friday 8:30-4:30pm

6 Month FTC- Office based

£27.000 to £29.000 depending on experience

We are looking for a Service Administrator to support our client's team with administrative and service, related tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer and field service calls and emails.
  • Create quotations, raise service reports, and ensure timely distribution.
  • Follow up on and process service and validation reports for billing.
  • Manage field engineers' schedules and assist with workload planning.
  • Generate and distribute KPI reports.
  • Provide holiday cover and support management and service personnel as needed.
  • Assist with finance queries, expense reconciliation, and invoice-related customer support.
  • Support spare parts billing in the Office Manager's absence.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role with service support responsibilities.
  • SAP experiences beneficial.
  • Must have a driver's license (office is in a remote location).
