About the Role

We are seeking a Sales & Administration Executive to provide essential support to our procurement and operations team. In this role, you will handle purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement Process purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Administration Support Maintain accurate records, update databases, and assist with invoice reconciliation.
Customer & Supplier Communication Respond to queries, track orders, and ensure smooth supplier relationships.
Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and purchasing processes.
Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

What Were Looking For:

Experience in Sales administration, estimating, quotations, purchasing, procurement, administration, or customer service.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business software (ERP/CRM).
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
