Sales Administrator

Location: Horsham (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

From customer onboarding and contract renewals to handling service queries and generating quotes, your work will directly contribute to our success and our clients’ satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer onboarding, contract renewals, and service inquiries.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing leads from existing clients.
  • Managing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and preparing quotes for service jobs and contract renewals.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Providing monthly reports and ensuring client data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Delivering exceptional communication and account management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: You excel at both written and verbal communication and know how to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Mindset: You can identify opportunities and turn them into growth for the business.
  • Organisational Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Team Player: You're adaptable, proactive, and can work independently or collaboratively as needed.
