  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm & a 4:15pm finish on Fridays

The Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure maximum spend and exceptional service
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction & enhance rapport.
  • Process orders, amend contracts, and update customer details accurately
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities by analysing competitor data
  • Propose actions to enhance sales performance and uncover opportunities for growth

  • Previous experience in a customer service or account management role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer awareness and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines.
