A renowned removal and storage company is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers and upselling to existing customers. As a sales administrator you will be responding to customers enquiries and quotations, maintaining databases and supporting Business development managers.
Sales Administrator responsibilities:
- Identify part numbers for quotation using the information within our database and secure the best cost price available
- Obtain quotations from suppliers for part numbers where information is not already provided
- Upload supplier responses to the acquired quotations promptly
- Maintain and update valid quotations for all high-running parts using the information in our database
- Address and report any issues that arise within the customer service functions
Skills & experience required:
- Proficient IT skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities
- Polite phone manner and well-spoken
- Excellent listening skills
