Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Our client, a global organisation based in Sussex, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team. You will provide guidance and coaching to business leaders on HR policies, people management and career development. Additionally, you will utilise data and people analytics to inform decision-making and drive impactful HR initiatives. This role offers a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, allowing you to contribute to the organisation's success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure accountability for employees and provide HR support in areas such as employment relations, performance management and talent development.
  • Participate in HR projects to drive standard processes and harmonisation across the organisation.
  • Support management in conducting employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary actions and restructurings.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key HR initiatives and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in various HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations and organisational development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Experience working in a global fast paced organisation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 would be desirable.
