A global leader in high-voltage power solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This role focuses on developing new business, increasing sales with customers and distributors, and maintaining existing key accounts. The position is fully remote and requires travel within designated European territories.

Main Objectives

  • Develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, increasing share in the high-voltage business sector.
  • Provide technical support to enhance the quality of sales.
  • Foster internal collaboration with the corporate sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Promote excellent customer satisfaction and enhance the organization's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer sales accounts and representative activities within assigned European regions.
  • Conduct customer visits to discuss new and existing requirements.
  • Support internal sales teams and customers with application and technical product information.
  • Perform detailed market analysis and prepare reports for management.
  • Generate inquiries, identify requirements, and prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Promote standard and custom products manufactured across global facilities.
  • Prepare costings for products, provide quotations, and ensure profitability through contract reviews.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of high-voltage products and applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the sales contact database.
  • Adhere to quality and environmental standards, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Education, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Proven track record in technical custom sales to OEMs.
  • Fluency in English (essential); knowledge of German (advantageous).
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
  • Ability to travel without restriction.
  • Experience in marketing analysis and research.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales contact database tools.
  • Applications knowledge in one or more of the following sectors is advantageous:
    • Medical and Industrial X-Ray
    • Analytical instrumentation
    • Industrial High Voltage Applications
