Customer Service AdministratorÂ
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pmÂ
I am currently representing a successful manufacturing and distribution company who are looking for an experienced customer service/administrative candidate to grow their team.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer orders in line with company policies and procedures.
- Professionally respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Ensure sales order acknowledgements are sent to customers following order entry.
- Maintain our CRM database.
- Address and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
- Utilise customer feedback to identify new sales, marketing, and product development opportunities.
