The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our Client's established team. As part of an independent manufacturer and supplier of art and design materials, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, efficiently processing orders, and supporting the sales and complaints departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately in line with company policies.
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
  • Sending sales order acknowledgements following order entry.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM database.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gathering and utilising customer feedback to identify potential sales, marketing, and product development opportunities.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing administrative role, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is essential. Familiarity with accounts and business software, as well as experience working with CRM platforms, would be highly desirable. A background in the art supplies sector would be beneficial but not essential.

This role could suit someone who has worked as a Sales Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, or Office Coordinator.
