We are hiring for an ambitious and capable Audit Manager - Charities and not for profit specialist to join a top thirty accountancy firm in their Horsham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified auditor to progress their career with a fast growing firm who are a flexible and supportive employer.

As an Audit Manager you will be taking responsibility for overseeing day to day audit management for a portfolio of charities and not for profit organisations, ensuring that audits are completed on budget and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines. You will act as line manager to more junior team members, monitoring and reviewing their working and assisting with their professional development. You will be responsible for work flow and billing, and also work closely with senior managers and partners to promote the firm and improve client experience.

About you:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Extensive not for profit audit experience gained in a UK practice environment
  • Organised, inquisitive and client focused
  • Willing to take responsibility and use your initiative
  • Strong IT skills
