- Oversee and perform monthly reconciliations, prepare and report on monthly management accounts and manage the production of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Handle quarterly VAT returns, monthly CIS reporting, and other HMRC returns
- Administer monthly payroll for 35+ PAYE employees, ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with external finance providers on ad hoc projects and manage Companies House reporting
- Utilise and develop the Accumatica CRM/ERP system to manage financial data, maintain, interpret and enhance reporting
- Collaborate with the Company Director to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Supervise the Finance Manager and ensure smooth financial operations
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative solutions to improve financial processes
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior financial role within an SME organisation
- Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ICAEW
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting and financial management
- High proficiency in IT, particularly in CRM/ERP systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for learning and implementing new solutions
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing finance teams
- Full time, Office Based
- Competitive Salary up to £80,000pa DOE
- Monday - Friday, 8;30am-5.30pm
