I am working on an excellent opportunity for a successful and growing business based in the Crawley area. This is an exciting role brought about due to growth.
You will be reporting into a superb line manager, the Financial Controller, and you will be responsible for...
- Oversight and leading the AP and Credit Control, including supervising a small finance team
- VAT returns
- Assisting with management accounts, including Accruals and Prepayments
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Multi-currency transactions
- Taking a lead on the running Payroll
The ideal candidate for this role, will...
- Be AAT qualified or a "qualified-by-experience" Accountant
- Have used Sage (preferably Sage 50) previously
- Be comfortable leading small team
- Have good, all round finance experience. including experience in Recs, AP, Payroll and Credit Control, as well as getting involved in VAT and management accounts too
- Drive and own a car
