Our client is a financial services business headquartered in Horsham. They are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy, with a focus on risk mitigation, supporting mergers and acquisitions and identifying growth opportunities. This role ensures optimal use of capital and resources by supervising all financial tasks across the group, delivering high-level financial reporting, and consolidating budgets. The position also oversees the implementation of sound cash flow management processes and seeks ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs throughout the business.
Responsible for maintenance of accurate financial systems and processes, including overseeing revenue processing. They ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, making sure the company meets all financial requirements.
This role involves providing regular, timely financial management information, such as monthly accounts with strategic analysis, and acting as the Senior Accounting Officer for the company.
Requirements
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role
